2023-2024 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration forms for New and Enrolled Students in the Athens CUSD #213 school district. Any new student from out of state must have an Illinois physical and required immunizations.
All Sports fees must be paid before the first game. Athletes who have not paid sports fees will not be allowed to participate in games until fees are paid in full. Sports fees are not eligible for free/reduced assistance.
All Athletes must have a current physical on file before the first practice.
If applying for free/reduce assistance: You must fill out a form for both lunches and registration. All household members may be listed on appropriate forms.
